We offer most of our architectural square columns in RoyalStone (polymer stone)and RoyalCast and RoyaLite Fiberglass. RoyaLite is a pultruded fiberglass or light fiberglass and is available in every style and size except for the Plain 16" wide columns (only available in RoyalCast). RoyalCast or FRP columns are available in every style and size and have higher loadbearing capacities than listed in the chart (chart capacities are based on Royalite pultruded fiberglass columns). Our RoyaLite square fiberglass columns are lightweight, easy to install, will not decay and have a limited LIFETIME warranty. RoyalCast come with the same warranty but are somewhat heavier. Square fiberglass columns are available plain, fluted, or recessed panel. The recessed panel column is available with one, two, or three panels (picture with 2 panels). As with our round fiberglas columns, all square columns can be cut to size from the bottom of the column shaft. The caps and bases pictured above are the standard Tuscan style; however, decorative capitals are available for our square columns (click on the links below the column images). All fiberglass columns once installed need to be primed and painted (see Fiberglass Column Installation Guide) for guidelines and tips.  Fiberglass Columns are a great alternative to wood columns as they will not rot, crack, or split...why else would we back them with a lifetime warranty?  Decorative square columns can also be found in our Polyurethane Columns section. Polyurethane Columns are not load-bearing like our fiberglass square columns.
